 Peter O’Driscoll is co-head of the global private equity group and chairs the New York corporate department at Orrick, one of the world’s leading global law firms. He has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions in various emerging markets, Europe, and the United States. Much of Peter's recent work has been focused on transactions in the mobile telecom, minerals and energy sectors in emerging markets. Peter earned his BA degree in English literature from Oral Roberts University and JD degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and both the American and International Bar Associations.
