 Nicholas N. Haines is executive vice president and COO at The Bromley Companies, a real estate investment and management firm, where he oversees property and development site acquisitions and divestitures. Nicholas previously served as vice president of business development at Vaultus, Inc., a wireless software and consulting company. Mr. Haines also served as a founding member of the Direct Investment Group at Merrill Lynch and as an investment analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
