 E. Joshua Rosenkranz is a partner in the law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. His practice focuses on Supreme Court and appellate litigation. Josh was the founding president and CEO of the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law. Before that, Josh founded the Office of the Appellate Defender, a public defender office specializing in criminal appeals in New York State courts. He clerked for both Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan Jr. and then-Judge Antonin Scalia.
