Adam B. Frankel is a senior managing director and general counsel of Evercore Partners, Inc. which counsels Fortune 100 clients on mergers and acquisitions and provides investment management to private equity funds and hedge funds. As the company’s first in-house lawyer, he established and developed their legal infrastructure. His industry experience includes automotive manufacturing and railroad transportation.
Adam is currently a member of the board of directors of Picis, Inc., a privately held company that creates automated software for resource-intensive hospital departments. He serves on the audit and compensation committees. Adam is a graduate of Brown University and Stanford Law School, where he was an editor of the Stanford Law Review.
