 Alan R. Yuspeh, Esq. is senior vice president and chief ethics and compliance officer for the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA, Inc.), the largest healthcare provider in the country. For 24 years before joining HCA in 1997, he worked in Washington, DC as a partner and associate with several prominent national law firms, in senior level Senate staff positions, and with McKinsey.
